What's wrong with my big screen TV?

There are red lines that go across the picture. It's constant, whether I'm watching TV or DVDs. What's wrong and how can I fix it?

Nothing you can fix - sounds like maybe a convergence module.

sounds like it has problems . Is it an LCD screen? Is it still in warranty? I would get back to the dealer you bought it from
