Yes, the court decision that says anchor babies are US citizens. That's outdated.

Well, let's see. It's illegal to shoot a buffalo from a moving trolley car on Sunset Blvd in LA.
Since there are neither buffalo nor trolley cars there any more, that is absurd.
There are more and more illegal immigrants all the time, though, so I am not sure there is a parallel here.

One that I can think of off the top of my head is the very outdated "Anchor Baby" law. That one needs to be stricken from the books asap!

not right now, but there are websites dedicated to stupid outdated laws. Mostly state laws. but Immigration needs to update old outdated laws. Most importantly the ones that say you have to have 10k in the bank or need not apply.
