No, not if it's accidental. It's like criticizing them for sneezing--it's just a normal function. But if they're the kind of person who thinks it's hysterical, likes to do it when you're in a closed car with them, never makes an effort to step into the next room, etc, I consider them rude and juvenile. And that is unattractive.

Depends upon the power and stench of the fart. Did they lift a cheek? If its just a little squeeker, then thats cool, but if she causes me to double over and hold my nose...that might be the end.

It depends on the size of the space. People get really ugly really fast if they fart in an elevator.

No. I think if that makes you unattracted to someone. They are to shallow and immature to be in any sort of relationship. It's natural. They do it too. <3

O man if a girl farts in front of me... yea big turn off I never do that in front of a ladie even my ex wife I go out side or hold it as long as i can

Well its depends on the circumstances. If you dont know them that well and you like them than its kind of disturbing. But if you guys are firned or you find them attractive and youve known them FOREVER its not as bad.

I don't think he/she would. Personally, if he/she decided they didn't like someone any more, then they just lack maturity. I actually think it would be a great icebreaker, and who doesn't love a great fart?
