If you are not careful it may transmit.
AIDS does not spread through just doing sex. If the any kind of fluid from the body of AIDS infected person is carried and mixed with the fluid of any other person it may transmit AIDS.

Be careful during foreplay. Kissing is not infectous.

With such a serious STD, special precaution should always be taken. I know that for this to be transmitted there has to be contact from the fluids inside the person with the condition direct to possible contact of fluids of the unaffected partner. This can be from two open cuts where blood contact is made, or even by any way that it can get into the blood stream of the unaffected person, such as a cut on the affected person is bleeding badly, the unaffected person elevates the wound causing it to splurt, scattering into the unaffected person, it would be possible if the blood makes contact near the eyes, for it to seap through under the eye ball and contract that way. And of course the sexual way. If you are concerned about any aspect of transmittin AIDS, talk to and seek professional advice from a GP, they will give you expert medical advice and perform tests, if they deem it neccessary.

there are no gurarentees in this life, it is possible for aids to be transmitted thru forplay, the following is taken from

http://www.tht.org.uk/informationresources/hivandaids/howhivistransmitted/

HIV is not passed on easily from one person to another, especially compared to other viruses. That's because the HIV virus is present in body fluids. So for HIV to be passed on, the body fluids of someone who is already infected have to get into an uninfected person's body and then into their bloodstream.

Main sources of infection
The body fluids that contain enough HIV to infect someone are:

seminal fluid
vaginal fluids, including menstrual fluids
breast milk
blood
Other body fluids, like saliva, sweat or urine, do not contain enough of the HIV virus to infect another person.

So the main ways that HIV can be transmitted are:

through sexual intercourse and other sexual activities
from mother to baby
from blood to blood.
Misconceptions about infection
You can't get infected with HIV through normal social contact or through many other actions thought by some people to be risky. You can find out what does not pass on HIV elsewhere on this website.

It is very possible to transmit the HIV virus through foreplay. It is spread through body fluids. Go get yourself tested, always wear a condom, and avoid contact with bodily fluids of persons whom have not been tested and declared negative for HIV
Good luck

All it takes is an opening in the skin. Find out all you can. Plastic wrap designed for microwaves are not protection from AIDS because it has tiny perforations (holes) that let steam, and the virus through.

Please note that not all body fluids can transmit HIV/AIDS, for example saliva, sweat, and tears. It's only if you come in contact with blood, semen/precum, vaginal secretions, and breastmilk.

If your idea of foreplay includes performing oral sex on a partner, you will come into contact with precum or vaginal secretions, and be at risk for contracting HIV.

But kissing/rubbing/massaging/etc... no risk unless there's blood involved.

Depends what you are doing. It's transmitted by bodily fluids

Only if bodily fluids are mixed. It depends on what is classified as foreplay.

If you have an open cut on your lip and that person has a wound done there! then the chances if you getting AIDS from Oral sex are very high

But remember it's very hard to contract it that way because as soon as the blood hits the air the virus dies - so you have to have you lips pressed up tight to the spot.

AIDS is transmitted through bodily fluid such as blood, semen. It is not possible though to transmit it through saliva.
