My Grandmother made wonderful Divinity and I cannot get the hang of it. Amongst my friends and relatives, I am infamous for wrecking pounds of sugar and pecans trying to make Divinity every year but until last year it all failed to set.

My Mother made a wonderful dressing of cornbread. It is a traditional recipe from 5 generations - at least- I have to make this every year. This year I have to teach my Daughter-in-law how to make it.
