There's this guy I work with and I really like him, he might like me too but I can't tell because he's nice to everyone. I've never had a boyfriend, gone out with anyone, or even told a guy I liked him before. So I have no idea what to do. It's easy for guys because all they have to do is say, "Hey, will you go out with me?" but what are girls supposed to say!? We both work on Christmas so I think I want to tell him then but I don't know what to do!

If I read this right, your just friends and/or co-workers. Be for you say anything be she he's not seeing someone or in a relationship. Second, guys have the right to say "Hey, will you go out with me?" guess what so do girls! If you not feelin' that bold, use the low key approach. hint toward it see if he's pickin' up what your puttin' down.
Start a convo about having to work on Christmas, the drop a line to the effect of I'm glad I'm spending it w/ you or I'm glad you here. If he responds positively, then say you'd like to spend more time w/ him perhaps outside of work. Guys love it when girls are stright forward and have the courage and honesty to take the lead.

Right before you get out of work, ask him out for a little coffee, or whatever you like. Just because you're a girl, doesn't mean you can't make the first move. Besides, guys sometimes like a girl who takes charge. Good luck and happy Christmas!

Don't tell him you like him. Don't ask him out. Don't give him a gift or card.
Drop hints that you want to spend time with him. Big hints. Never ask a man out. I don't care what anyone says. You can lead him to water but you can't make him drink. Plus, its a work situation. Never a good idea.

well I think that maybe you should just tell him you like him however it is better said than done. Maybe you should go to a place where it is just the two of you alone so that there will be no distractions or anybody bothering the two of you.You might want to do it fast to since Christmas is coming up soon.

Bake him something and bring it in on Christmas, with a christmas card that says we should get together sometime and hang out. food is the way to a mans heart! sorry you gotta work on Christmas. Hope you have a good one.

buy him a thoughtful gift. it doesnt have to be expensive or anything, just something that shows that only you know about him and the things he like. its more special that way since only you guys know the meaning behind the gift. then wait for the right moment and slowly pop out the question.

Its ovius that u shouldnt start out by sayin i realy like you . The easiest thing to do is to just come out and ask him if hes free. If he isnt interested then hes just not your kinda guy. And besides guys are just like us girls so dont be nerves hes just a guy.

make him something hand made,(fit to his personality) it really show you spent time making somethin for him and thought about him alot. and in the card say how you feel about him. guys really like girls that are upfrount and honest.
