i really like my friend, and i told him recently. i feel like im holding back my my feelings because i dont want to feel like im coming on too strong and i dont want to freak him out, how long do i have to hold back for?

He won't be freaked out if he likes you too. He will let you know with his actions, just give him the opportunity. If he doesn't take it, he is either shy or doesn't like you in that way. If your friendship is strong enough, you could try talking about it instead, but that can be really awkward and put more pressure on the both of you, especially if he doesn't feel that way about you.

Too late. If you already told him & he hasn't responded, then you should be looking for a different man to "do" & keep this one just for a friend. You have a special thing going on & you have already entered into the "pycho" category by crapping on a friend. Leave him alone for awhile. Just reading your words are a freak-out for me & I'm a chick! You have a serious OBSESSION issue & you gotta learn how to back off & keep your mouth shut until you get to feeling back to your old self again. It's a hormonal thing that you need to learn how to keep in balance or you could cause yourself some serious problems with men in the future! I'm NOT trying to be mean, but many men look for women that act like this just to have an excuse to beat on them. Don't open yourself up to become a "victim". Take some Human Sexuality Courses at a local Jr. College in your area or go to counseling for addictive personality disorders. Don't get addicted to any man. You have unresolved issues that need to be dealt with if you want to have a happy life without having to worry about things like this ruining your friendships & your life. How do I know? I could have asked this same question 30 years ago. I had to learn the hard way...by actually becoming a victim of a violent crime & I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Good Luck with this issue. It is your red flag waving at you for a warning of what could happen in your future! Please don't ignore it.

Make sure the feelings mutual before you throw yourself at him.
Get to know him better. Rushing is not a good idea cause you can get hurt. See what happens. Keep an open mind.

If you think you're coming on too strong than you probably are. If he hasn't reciprocated your feelings than you should probably move on before you get hurt and embarrass yourself. Sounds like that might be hard for you to do because you like him alot but it also sounds like you might have more of an obsession than a healthy attraction.

hahaha speel psycho right first. then, just tell him how u feel but dont say everythin at once. I would get creeped out if one of my friends gave me a 1 hour speech on how much she liked me. Theres a time and place for everythin.

YOu told him how you feel, the ball is in his court now. He should let you know if he's interested in pursuing this, I'd wait a week and if he doesn't come around maybe he's not interested.

i imagine you already confirmed activity and now you sound determined. so in case you coach any more beneficial activity then you actually are rather going to look determined. Lay low for awhile and observe how issues flow. enable him recognize that you want him yet do not lay it on thick. supply him some thing to imagine about. Do some thing to attraction to interest to your self. discover out what his in demand colour is and positioned on some thing horny in his in demand colour.

If you already told him, then let him make the next move. Guys don't like it when girls are pushy about things like that. I think it was good that you told him, but be careful not to annoy him about it.
