There is really no way to pin point birth unless you have a c-section but some definate signs are milk expression from the nipples could mean a few days to go or less but the best way is to take her temp. In the morning and if it drops below 100 and stays that way for a day she will begin labor with in 12 to 24 hours. It is normally pretty acurate. And keep a eye on her female parts they will start to get really relaxed when she is about to give birth.here is a great website. http://www.debbiejensen.com/

Can happen rather suddenly if had pups before. Needs her privacy and a warm box in an out of the way corner. Male dogs should not have access to her as she and pups are very vulnerable at first and later until can run and fight. Jealous males can kill or eat pups! The mom will clean herself up. She might bite you if ahe has pain and you try to clean her up. Hopefully the male did not have a big head as Boston terriors have trouble getting the big head out...need a shoehorn or something.

Watch for her to begin panting more frequently, also she will probably start spending time lying down in the place where she gave birth last time. If she just so happens not to choose the same spot you will notice if you pay enough attention to her that she will be looking for that perfect spot by sniffing around. She may even stop eating during this time. The best thing you can do is watch her very closely for anything out of the ordinary.

the day you notice she doesnt want to eat you know shes in labour plus no matter how cold she may get she'll keep panting, soon afterwards youll notice that she'll become very uncomfortable constantly getting up and down smelling her bottom to check for sents start haveing a clear or white discharge if you see any of these signs watch her very closely cause these are all the signs of labour i deliver all my pups that are born here i raise pitbulls i cut the cords , tear them out of the sacks i do what ever i can to help my momma dogs have a less stressful litter thanks sassy

There are books and websites that can tell you the labor signs to watch for. I'm assuming these weren't planned pregnancies? Be sure to get your dog spayed after this litter. She'll be healthier, and so will the pet population overall.

It takes 63 days from breeding until delivery so if you know when she was bred you can pin point the day.

take it to the vet. when they give u a due date, keep a close eye on her. she could have the puppies 3 days earlier or 3 days later. if anylater, it was a false pregnancy.

just make sure she has a safe box to have her puppies in. u'll know if she is having her puppies when she starts walking funny and keeps looking at her butt. or even when she just lays down and starts crying
