GUYS, I need your help! I don't know how to tell him how I feel!!!?

I've had feelings for this guy for about a month now, and I don't know how to tell him that I'm head-over-heels for him. It's insane! I don't know if he's interested in me! Whenever we get together, he's always touching my arm, and playing with my hair, and staring at me. The thing is, he hasn't told me if he's interested in me or not! I'm so confused- I want to tell him how I feel, but I don't know how, and I'm afraid of being rejected. ARRGH!!!! I'm so used to guys telling me how they feel and asking me otu themselves, but I can't do that myself. Please Help Me!!!! How should I tell him how I feel?
