Cause they don't have their own.... lol I think if they did they wouldn't be so fascinated with ours. They would just go and play with them like they do anything else..... LOL Just kidding. They like the look some remember the joy of them from childhood some are just perverts.

girl, I don't even know. I'm 16. When I was in the 9th grade, boys (two of my friends) stared at them in math class. Every time! They didn't try to hide the fact that they were either! They even decided to give them a nick name (Gumdrops) Yes like the candy. Cuz I'm a DD.

Because they don't have them and sexually mature females do, which makes them a visible sexual characteristic.
If every sexually mature woman had a lock of purple hair in front of her left ear and men didn't, men would be staring at that.

As a general rule (and there are always exceptions) men enjoy visual stimulation and women enjoy touch stimulation. Guys enjoy looking, but that doesn't mean we should be rude about it. Take it as a compliment as long as they aren't making you uncomfortable!

Look at- because they look nice.
Look at too long - because they haven't seen a pretty lady in a long time.
