I wouldn't change a thing if I were you. You look younger than 17 though. If you're really 17, you may want to add a little bulk to your muscles to help you look your age. You're not too skinny though, just more muscle (just a little!) will show your age better.

PS Don't change your hairstyle, It looks good. Unless you want to make it funkier by going a bit shorter in the back, but that might end up looking too emo for your taste. You could always throw in a couple of thin, black or dark brown lowlights. That would be cool looking.
