If you mean ceremonial magick, read Israel Regardie's "Golden Dawn" or Donald Kraig's "Modern Magick".

Aleister Crowley dealt with Ceremonial Magic a lot. And I think that Ceremonial = High Magic.
Order of the Golden Dawn? Qabal (probably spelled wrong, sorry)? Enochian magic? Those all ring a bell with Crowley's name.

Can you be more specific? "High" magic is a term that is sometimes applied to Ceremonial Magick, do you mean that? If so, just google "ceremonial magick' and I am sure you will find lots of sites that will give you information.
