Yeah His plan is for the rich, successful and famous people to live a rich, exciting and abundant life while we regular folks who are lacking in everything live a dull boring life. Someone has to be the garbage collector, the maid, the janitor, the factory worker or the soldier right? A sick friend who has been kind, generous and loving all his life died on his bed without his children by his side because they were too busy with their own lives and had no time to visit even though they knew he was dying. That's God's big plan?

God put us here to give us the chance to choose what path we are going to take. Will we be on his side, or serve something else, like money.
You think the rich lead exciting lives? Sure, they can buy what they want, go where they wish, and do what they want, but is that an abundant life? My extended family is filthy rich, and my dad use to be. He will tell you himself, it's not what it's cracked up to be. They try to fill the void in their lives w/ things, my grandma always tries to have the best of the best and show it off. It's sad really.
You think that those who aren't rich live dull lives? If anything it's more exciting than being rich. You have to fight against the powers that hold you down, and against the things that limit you. Also, it's better becuase you aren't tainted w/ money already. You don't have to deal w/ giving up all you have to follow God, if you don't have anything.
God's big plan is to bring his children back to him. But, love isn't love w/o freewill. So we are given this life to choose are own paths. To him, to money, to glory or honor. Where will you go?
As for those children who stayed away from their fathers death bed, why do you blame God? They are responsible for their own actions. And as you can see, their paths aren't for God but for themselves. They are chasing success. And one day, I bet they will look back and regret it.

i think you got it all wrong
we did ask him to be born an the plain he wants us to fallow
you gave up on thats y everything in your life seems like its going to crap. he dose not only love the rich if you did belive in god you would of read the bible an you would have seen that jesus was not a rich man but a meek man.
an when we die that means god needs us some place else to do his work after this life is over, this life is a test an you just want some one to blame for your crapie life an the only one you can think of is god, please he is the reason you wake in the morning an you have a house an you have a family i hope one day when you for a min stop blaming god for everything you may think of all the blessings he has gave to you,
and if you where smart a happy man that has just his family is the rich man, those who have everything there not happy money dose not make everything an can not get you in the gate of heaven. those people that work are hard working men an weman witch most thank god for having that job just to put food on the table you must be a man that stays on his high horse with a lot of money an you just wish you had the life of a man that is what you would call LOWER CLASS so you could be happy get over your pride you are just going to destroy your self you need to get your FU**ing A$$ to church an get over what made you this way

What about all those rich successful and famous people when they go home and have to look in the mirror. You don't think that they also have their sack of problems to have to work out?

The saying "Things are not always what they seem" plays a very big part with what it is that you don't know about someone elses
life. It gives the tabloids the fodder to sell it's mags.
But what is more important is for each of us to find the meaning of true happiness- and I can assure you that it is NOT with money! Money should only be a tool.
Here's one way to find some true happiness- Don't think of yourself for a day and instead go do something for someone else that truely means something to them.
I think God puts us in this world to learn...it's up to you to want to .

I hope this helps: "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted. Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled."

The rich have a temporary happiness that ultimately amounts to nothing.

" What does it profit a man if he gains the whole world and yet loses his soul?"

"How difficult it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God."

God does have a plan, but not all of it takes place here. We all have to remember that only God can see the big picture. So the best thing to do is not worry about what the rich have, and follow Christs commandment to care for the poor, love God with everything we have, and love our neighbor as ourselves. That doesn't happen like it should in this country. We are the richest country in the history of the world and people are still starving here! Why do we waste God's provision and then lament his failure to provide relief from suffering?

No offense but I think your reasoning sounds a little bit ego-centric. Everyone suffers, even people who you think have it all. It seems like you are admiring people's lives on what you perceive on the surface. I don't want to trivialize your experiences because I have not walked in your shoes but I think once you get outside of yourself, you will gain some perspective and start to feel better about things.
I'm sure all the cliche sayings about God you hear from others are well intentioned. I just think once you get past the self-centered reasoning of what God owes us or what God does to us, then it will open the door to more philosophical inquiry and a journey to know God.

There is a great book called "When Bad Happen to Good People." You should check it out.

And look at he rich and the powerful and famous. They are mostly degenerate and godless. They divorce and most never find TRUE love. They are exposed and naked to the world. DO YOU REALLY want THAT. To be unhappy and incomplete and feel like MONEY is the answer??
No, the poor have their place in the scheme of things. And probably play a larger role in the whole. I am not rich or famous NOR DO I WISH TO BE. But I know I am a part of GOD'S divine plan. He has made it known to me. He places you where HE wants you. Where you can have the most good done for you or to do the most good for others.
I am SO sorry for your friend. Maybe it happened (and came to your attention) for the reason of your question. *(does that make sense?)
You asked this question. And I am sure you gave at least ONE of his children hell for it too causing them to look at themselves and seeing their flaws and maybe causing them to rectify themselves. OR someone else will see your message and seek to rectify a similar wrong.

Have faith. HE loves you and HE loves your friend.
GOD BLESS

don't worry God has a plan 4 every person. the people that r dying , God might have a plan 4 them to come to Heaven and live with Him they will be healed no more sickness or pain. Every one is on earth 4 a speacial reason weather it is to be one of God's angels or to help people all over the world.

Our prayer is aspect of the plan, God knew previously that we're going to pray, He is aware of how we're going to undertaking our unfastened will. Amputees have a challenge to satisfy in God's plan that they can't accomplish in any other case. Being an amputee isn't the more severe factor that may occur to a man or woman. Being not able to receive the desire of God is even worse.

No it's not God's big plan. Why don't you ask your parents why they had you? Everybody gets out of life what they want to. I could be a happy rich person or a miserable one, I could be a happy garbage collector or a unhappy one. That doesn't have to do with God he gave us the priviledge of doing what we want to do with our life,or you do good or you do bad. He is not going to make you do what He wants you have your own choice.

Everyone always blames God for every thing. If your parents had used protection you probably wouldn't be here then you couldn't complain and by the time they were ready for children and planed that kid might just be a little more grateful for the gift of life that was given.

No I don't expect a best answer for this one.
