Without question you can swim in Hawaii year round. On a bad day it may be cloudy for a few minutes. On the average it will be 75-80 degrees.

Sydney has some great beaches. Bondi is very popular also The Northern beaches in Sydney. It will be very warm if not hot. If there is dangerous things in the water the life guards clear the beaches. They have spotter planes going over plus helicpoters. The life Guards are very good and are watching all the time. Always swim where the life guards have put the safe red and yellow flags. Some days the surf is very good for surfing in good waves some days it's quite calm the water should be about 23celcius so not cold but cool enough to refresh you . have a great time. There are no beaches at Canberra as Canberra is inland

The temperature in Hawaii is always between 75 and 85, year round. The ocean is warmer during the summer months - only slightly - but definitely pleasant for swimming all year! It can be a little bit rougher during the winter months.
Be careful not to swim in murky water (especially after a big rain) as ocean dwellers can mistake you for their next meal.

Absolutely. We went mid January and it was wonderful. The temperature there is pretty steady all year long. My hubby grew up there, so there technically isn't really a big season change at all. We went swimming, snorkeling, laid out on the beach, site seeing, helicopter tour, etc. The water temperature stays the same all year around, so don't worry, you'll have a blast.

Yep, can swim in the ocean in the spring. Can swim year round. Like anytime you enter water it is cold but gets warmer the longer you stay in. Unless you're in a heated pool. And of course the days when the sun is blazing hot is the ocean warm.

Tip: don't go swimming when it rains or after rain fall, sharks come out then. Always avoid murky water. That's the think you should know about when going to Hawaii. And always be aware of your surroundings, you'll never know if a shark will come at you. But you usually don't see any sharks around. I know I haven't & I live in Kona.
