True, so there must be a Designer/Creator who created this universe and organized it.

What is nothing?
The latest in theoretical physics suggest that our universe exists on a brane of energy which means that even the 'empty' regions of space are sitting on an energy sheet.
Where there is energy there is something. If you accept that everything physical is made up of energy then making something from the available energy is how the whole Universe formed so making say an apple should not be that tough.
One explanation of the big bang is that two of these branes touched and the resulting energy caused our Universe to form. In Hindu writings for example it is explained how often this occurs (and we are talking really big number here)
If it is possible to draw on that energy then the one who has the knowledge could them apparently make something from nothing.
If by "nothing" you mean a region of the multi-verse where there is zero available energy, of any form, then I would agree that making something out of this would be impossible by any understanding that we have at this time.

Gods, but the fools get more and more stupid every day. Do you use that method of arguement in your daily life and does it get you anywhere? The big bang was caused by a universe shrinking in on itself so tightly that it exploded. The matter has always been there, in different form, and will always been there. However, your God created everything theory doesn't work. Supposedly, He created something from nothing. Only religion says things can be created from nothingness. Science doesn't.

Where do thoughts come from? Where does the love between two people come from? Where do ideas come from?
Intangibles can come from nothing because they are nothing... until people turn them into something.
One theory is that the universe came from nothing because it was nothing until a consciousness existed to observe it. If there were no sentient beings to experience the universe, would it still exist? If so, how could we know the difference?
Study quantum theory (Heisenberg uncertainty principle) and you'll get the gist of what I'm saying. It's very confusing, or enlightening, depending on how you feel about it.
