No, you are healthy. You could afford to lose a few pounds, but there is no need to.

Your BMI is 25.2 which means you are a little bit overweight. Your ideal weight for your height should be between 117-143 lbs. It's not a big deal yet but you might want to add more exercise and try eating more vegetables and fruits rather than junk food.

I think that is a few pounds overweight, but it depends upon bone structure. I am about 5'6 with a large bone structure. When I was 16 I weighed about 125-130.

Not really. Actually it is a pretty healthy weight. Dont use today's models as role models because most are at an unhealthy weight. The important thing is that you eat right and exercise. I dont think you are overweight though.

Objectively speaking, that places you at a body mass index of 25.2, which is borderline overweight. (BMI greater than 25 defines overweight). However, if you are active, I would not worry too much about it.

Synth: The BMI is highly correlated with direct measures of body fat in most populations.

You are just above the recommended weight for your height. You should be about 140-150lb depending on your body type and fitness.

No but if you are worried about it don't do anything dangerous, like starving yourself or bing and purge that will make matters worse. Just eat more fruits and veggies and go for walks. If you are not worried about it but people are saying things THEY are the ones with the problem with themselves they are just trying to make themselves feel better.
