Im a 36C and i'm only 16 years old....okay 15 >.< anyways It seems like my Brest are saggy...a bit...I know i'm too young to worry but it would help boost my self confidence to i gusse lift them up.Of course i can't do surgery 1.Im afraid 2.Im too young 3.I owuld have to tell my parents about it >.<....So dose any one have suggestions? (Please dont tell me to leave my body alone or i should be happy with what i got or im too young for this stuff)

i do wear push up bras i want "perky" breast when i dont have a bra on >.<

Don't worry, we're in the same boat. Well, I'm definitely older than you (still not old enough to drink but so close, damn. )and surgery is an option for me, however plastic surgery rubs me the wrong way. I found an article on lifetime's website a couple of months ago. All you need is two 5lb. dumbbells (and maybe and exercise mat if you want one). I got my dumbbells at Target they were 4.99 each and the exercise is pretty easy. Remember there is always other options besides surgery, also don't pay attention to infomercials or low budget website that sell creams or sprays that will magically lift your breasts...it SOUNDS dumb. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!

This is adipose tissue we are talking about here. It's based on fatty cells, and there is no way to make it firm. Your problem is quantity, not tone. That's a lot of tissue for your age. If this continues, you can consider a breast reduction, during which some minor reconstruction can change the shape of the organs more to your liking. In the meanwhile, you can exercise your pectoral chest muscles, the ones under the problem tissue, and firm that up. You can achieve a firmer looking tone to some degree. Perhaps enough to make you happy. These types of exercises are common, and generally involves spreading the arms out horizontally, under tension with weights or spring loaded workout devices. It's hard work and needs to be done on a fairly regular basis. Best to have a whole body exercise routine and incorporate this measure into it. Any health club can help you with this. You are not alone in this problem area. Actually, you don't really have a problem. You just think you do. This will become much more evident as you get a year or two older.

I am the same size and while your young and must love every bit of yourself to death in order to be a successful beautiful woman, I do have a great tip.

Push ups and/or excercises with hand wieghts for your pecs. When your pecs tighten up the boobs rise and in my opinion everything about them gets firmer.

Excercising is great!

Go to the gym and do chest presses - those will tighten the muscles under your chest and are known for perking things up.

I would try doing some chest exercises and put on some firming lotion or something.

there are water bras out now that my sister uses and shes 24 and shes just loves them it really looks like she has breasts and she really doesnt ...hope this helps...
