IT IS MOSTLY HUMAN NATURE TO NOTICE THAT "THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE" TO USE A STUPID BUT TRUE CLICHE.

Because it seems like people have their fantasy guy/girl out there. While they may be happy with the one they're with, they still hold on to the idea that their "ideal" mate may be out there. Plus, our society has geared people to that mode, anyways. Alot of people seem to think everything has to be upgraded, whether it's the car, stereo, television, computer, etc. Unfortunately, their girlfriends/boyfriends fall into that same thought process.

They are obviously not satisfied with the person they have. So actually they should not call this person their boyfriend/girlfriend. Just a dating partner, a friend. They should consider themselves single and looking. God bless****

Depends on their age really, if they are still young (young being K-12) then they are still curious about relationships and other things. If they are past high school, well, they just aren't a steady boyfriend/girlfriend.

Because that lady is right who said, "The grass is always greener on the other side" along with it's probably our instinct to do so. We always want to know what's around the corner if your voids aren't being filled, you will continue to look until it's filled with something.

Know a short unattractive vietnamese guy dating a gorgeous tall vietnamese girl who liked him for his looks. For some reason, he was always looking other girls. Amazing. They ended up getting married and still are. Bizare? Yep.

maybe for something better.. or to boost their confidence. maybe they dont get the attention they want from the other so they look for it somewhere else.. i heard if a relationship is based on true love they wont cheat and if its based on desire for the other person they might cheat.
