eye bags are an external reaction to your health and habits. first of all drink 8-15 glasses of water a day. get 8-10 hours of sleep daily and get some exercise. next, use cut cucumbers on your eyes when you are resting to cool them. you may also try over the counter creams for under eye circles. don't forget to moisturuze. a quick fix is a concealer in a yellowish tone. i hope this helps.

Cold packs relieve the swelling. Put two metal spoons in the freezer for a couple of hours then press the back of the spoons to your eyes.

Three things: 1.) get more sleep; 2.) buy cucumbers and put the slices on your eyes for a few minutes; 3.) buy eye cream and apply as directed.

Sounds oogie, but preparation H is what all the stars use to eliminate puffy under eyes. Use sparingly and not "in" your eyes, just dab under them, it really works!
