I used to be overweight and I lost 40 pounds way too fast, I think. I did a lot of runnning for 2 months and lost the 40 pounds. Problem I've been having is that I want to tone up, build muscle, but I just can't keep at it. What do I do to make me want to keep at it and really tone up? I am not fat, but I do have a lot of extra baggage.

You probably just have extra skin. The best way to tone up is to stay lean. Lower your BF% to the single-digits and maintain it there for a year or so to rid yourself of the excess skin.

Look into full-body workouts to work parts of the body otherwise ignored by nomal activities (very few people fully use the lats or triceps region).

GL man.

I'm very reasonable/light too. One man or woman stated i had ginger dermis, and an additional referred to as me outstanding caucasian lol! It does not support that it is close to not possible for me to tab both. I can take a seat within the solar with tanning oil for hours, simplest get relatively burned, after which one the burn fades I return to being highly light. I actually glow on a sizzling, sunny, summer time day in view that my dermis is so gentle whilst the solar rays hit me hahaha
