In Italian what is the difference between riesco and posso?

I confirm previous answer "I succeed" and "I can".
A few extensions of the meaning of the respective verbs could be :

verb RIUSCIRE (hence RIESCO) = to be able, to manage, to be successful, to turn out well, to be good at, to be clever at, and in a different meaning,rather used in Italian " to go out again".

verb POTERE (hence POSSO) = to be able, to may, to be allowed, to be permitted, to have an influence, to have an effect.

Riesco means I succeed.
Posso means I can.
