There is this guy I really like and he seemed interested at the beginning of the year (at my school, he's in two of my classes), but I don't even know any more. Like one day last week he showed up at a lot of the places I was at and tried to be near me, etc.
The next day he sort of ignored me, and today it was like I was a brick wall. I have a feeling he wants to see if I'll bite back, but he's gone before I can talk to him. Am I reading into this too much? Does he just think I'll be a good friend?

Stop driving your self crazy and ask them. That way you can stop stressing and move on. Guys are straight forward. Girls are always making up little scenarios in the heads and trying to figure other people out. People are complex creatures and the only way you will know what they are thinking is to ask. Put your self at ease. You are wasting time and energy thinking about that. You can be doing better things now. And if he likes you, good. If he doesn't, even better. There's a better guy out there for you anyways. Seriously stop stressing over something so stupid. Nip it in the bud.

You won't really know until you start talking to him. Just start a conversation with him about a movie that you've seen, or about something he is wearing. Or if you're both in line to get into the school say something like, "wow, this line goes on forever" You get the idea. Just engage in conversation somehow, and you'll know if he's interested. He might be shy. Who knows.

You're probably reading into it a little much...I know from my own experience. There was a guy I thought liked me once, and I liked him for 3 years, but turns out...he didn't ever like me that way. Have you ever talked to him? Just start out with a 'hey', that's all. The only way to figure out if he likes you is to start talking to him, girl!

Does he even know your interested in him? From the sounds of it, it doesn't even sound like you two have even talked about actual dating. Stop trying to read and actually talk to him about it. If anything, you might of waited too long and it's too late to do anything about it.

Just talk to the guy, find out if he's interested by if he talks back and makes conversation, or makes excuses to leave or get away from you.

All I can advise you is to maintain a friendly relationship, smile when he talks to you n' stuff, laugh if he makes a joke, be as friendly as you can- perhaps he'll realize that you're fun to be around, and he'll keep coming back. Love is a waiting game, my friend.
