I agree with Dr Shorty. And it's not "quarduplicate", it would be "quadruplicate". If you can't spell it or pronounce it, don't use it ;)
EDIT: Oops, Jay, you've confused Greek and Latin. Our dear questioner is using Latin-based prefixes, but you've given him Greek prefixes. An honest mistake, but you can't mix Latin and Greek prefixes.
EDIT: Here are the Latin-based versions:
quadruplicate
quintuplicate
sextuplicate
septuplicate
octuplicate
nonuplicate
decuplicate

We are saying Single, Duplicate, Triplicate, Quarduplicate, after that what are others?
When we takem some copiest we are saying Single Copy, Duplicate Copy, Triplicate Copy, Quarduplicate Copy, after that I don't know how to say for Five, Six, Seven.... copies. For such kind of counting what is the name in English.

well he has control of "marital status" button on myspace. he has the power to click on single. if he doesn't than that means he is probably in a relationship it doesn't necessarily has to be the the #1 girl. it could be many other girls too. i say no to online dating. and no to him.

if you don't care there's no need to butt in. she should see the signs of a cheating man. if you did tell her she won't believe you. stay clear of him. he's what you call a male ***** in trianing.

Honestly, even if words for these exist, we don't use them. I would say "five copies", "six copies", etc.
