MOS 25P is a great MOS to have. Not only is it a very specialized field of work, but the promotion opportunities of this MOS are great because of the low numbers holding this MOS. The Army bases promotion (E5 and E6) on points. The fewer the numbers in a given MOS, the lower the points needed to get promoted. As for where you will get stationed is anyone's guess, you could literally go anywhere: Germany, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, stateside. There is a 95% chance, however, that you will be stationed with a signal unit because of how specialized your MOS is.

On the contrary, my MOS, 25U, can be stationed with any unit. This is because my MOS is the "general, all-around communications MOS in the army". You will see mostly 25Us at Fort Gordon more than anything else. Good luck! AIT is no joke, much like boot camp.
