You either forgot to zip up after "going", or your pants are so tight that the zipper slid down. But most likely you knew that the "hotty" in the office would get turned on by your exposed underwear.

WOW,MAYBE THIS IS A VERY STRANGE EVENT.REALIZE THAT WHEN YOU'RE PUT UNDER THERE IS MORE THAN JUST YOU AND THE DENTIST IN THE ROOM. CONSIDERING THAT THIS WAS PROBABLY THE CASE I'D MENTION THIS INCIDENT TO THE DENTIST AND SEE WHAT HE HAS TO SAY. HE MAY NOT EVEN BE AWARE THAT ANYTHING "WEIRD" HAPPENED?
