My cousin is taking a trip to Europe and I am making her a gift pack. I just need to know how and where can I get her stamps that she can use to send postcards back to the states.

No, you can't use U.S. stamps to mail postcards in Europe. You need to buy stamps there. For example - If your cousin is in Paris, he/she needs to buy stamps in Paris to place on the postcards that will be mailed to the U.S. Otherwise, how will the Parisian postal workers get paid? Hope that makes sense....Best of luck to your cousin! Europe will be a blast!

Ask at the post office for International Return Coupons. This allows someone to send things back from another country. To be honest, it would not be expense for her to send some postcards from Europe, so you don't need the stamps.
