Yes, you will likely get sleepy. It takes about 45-60 minutes for it to be absorbed from the stomach to your blood stream. Do not mix it with alcohol. It also depends on your body size and how you metabolize the drug. I would not take two unless your doctor told you to. Do not take any additional tylenol as there is tylenol already in vicodin.

You may or may not. Some people find low doses of opiates to be stimulating, and high doses to cause sleepiness. But I personally think that if you expect to get sleepy, you will, and vice-versa. Treat all drugs with respect but do not listen to people that tell your painkillers for "mild to moderate" pain are like heroin. Thats just ridiculous. People need to be more educated abour drugd, especially narcotics, the less ignorance, the less misuse or abuse in my book.

If two is what was prescribed to you then its fine to take them.
I take them and they never make me sleepy. Quite the opposite actually, I get really wired and want to get up and do things and can't sleep. It depends on the person. For most people drowsiness is a side effect but they affect everyone differently.

If you are not use to pain meds then possibly but that just makes a 10 milligram one. You should be fine. Don't worry. If you are in alot of pain but son't want to take 2 then take one and break the other one in half and that will make a 7.5mg.

It might make you feel sick or dizzy. Two is to much. Prescription medication should be taken as prescribed. They come in different strengths and can be dangerous. Please be careful. If you start getting sick you need to call poison control. Don't take this recommendation lightly, and don't listen to that girl "Cute but Evil " you may not wake up at all.

I got some pink Lora tab 10s, some Valiums, and serequel and I take one of those before I go to bed along with 3 bud-lights I don't be sleepy but I feel darn good so good that i lay down I be relaxed and drift off in a good sleep. Don't you try that though your body might can't handle it.

You should. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour to work on me, then I am drowsy.

It depends on if you've ever taken them before in my experience. But I surmise it's highly likely.
