why don't you just tell her that you really like the person that she is and that you really enjoy talking to her and you want to take your relationship to a new level. Let her know that she is different from other girls. Don't do the whole "yo..will yo go out with me?" That is so impersonal. She is a girl you want to date, not your homie.

Yeah, ask her w/o expectations of her answer. Easier said than done though. If you are comfortable with yer self then she will recognize that and respect it. But on what to actually say... don't say "yo" Mr. Balboa

Here's a good way to ask a girl out,
get her a rose and have a card and it will say will you go out with me. IT will be sooo sweet and romantic and cute and you might be a lucky guy

take this from a girls view. ur rite girls dont want to hear yo do u want to go out. thats tacky!!!! girls want to hear like hey XXX i was just wondering if you wanted to go see a movie or go out to eat this weekend. that will give her the idea that u know what ur talkin about and its a respectful, polite way to ask her and it makes a good impression!! good luck and happy holidays!!!! remember blow her away make her want u more!

Hey the whole "yo...will you go out with me?" is a good way to do it. but maybe just drop the "yo"
Just be like "hey name, will you go out with me?"
