If you are Christian you are supposed to believe in Christ and then you must be sure that Christ died for your sins because that is what they claim the crucifixion is about.
But the Bible never describes any cross at the crucifixion that identifies Christ as the bearer.
2 of the 4 Gospels describe the cross or crosses as being borne by one Jesus and this is the description that is used by Pontius Pilate to describe the two thieves he condemned to die by crucifixion without any prior announcement.
Both Pilate and Herod, two Roman Governors present in Jerusalem, declared Christ innocent. and Pilate crucified "Jesus", not the Christ.
Pilate and Herod both had one hundred and one (101) soldiers each in Jerusalem that day.
The procession to the Jerusalem City Garbage Dump, Golgotha, was a military procession that covered up the presence and identity of two thieves until all arrived at Golgotha.
Christ was long before set free by the Romans who loved him as their God.

Christians will not see that it was Pilate who named the Chief Priests "Jews" and presented the thieves, one at a time, to these "Jews" as "Jesus King of the Jews."
Christians dont even see PIlate holding more than one trial and handing the thief (thieves) Jesus over to Herod who also held Court.
After 2000 years one would expect Christianity to examine the Bible to prove the kind of sacrificial King they were given as a God by the Romans but they refuse to go throught the Words they consider holy, to see the true value of this Holy Book.
Christians would rather take the words of thieves and murderers and pedophiles and perverts and men who refuse to live with wives and children than "reason together" with the Book they blindly accept without seeking the Truth of the matter.
Examine "The Age Of Reason" and check it against the Holy Bible.
Get "The Age Of Reason" at www.Xlibris.com or www.amazon.com and walk through the valley of death if you shall fear no evil.
AMEN!

Close your eyes and believe yourself and when you go to bed you shiver at the thought of your denial.
Your wishful thinking is not enough when you can offer no proof to prove your blindness.

SCIENTIFIC PROOF is when, in 1988, Pope John Paul ii had the scientists carbon-date their Shroud of Turin only to prove it a medieval Hoax when the Bible describes two shrouds that were used to fake a body and a head in the tomb, and John Paul ii refused, as all Christians do, to go into the Bible for proof of the Hoax of the crucifixion and the Bible and Jesus and Christianity.
If Pope John Paul ii and his Vatican feared the powerful evidence of the Bible against Christianity and the Hoax of the Crucifixion and the Bible, in the Bible, who are these armchair Gurus to do any better?
The Vatican went for scientific proof and got it, but the BIble is the real proof. Go get it!

A Centurion is an Officer in the Roman Military who has 100 Soldiers in his charge.
The two Roman Governors, Pilate and Herod, each had their own Centurion and their soldiers and that makes for 202 soldiers, if you like.
Thanks for asking, it shows your blindness and lack of knowledge of what the Bible says.

MAMA does not see where the Christ himself highly praised the FAITH of a Roman military officer who asked for Christ to heal his servant although his servant was at home sick, and he was healed.
Thanks for showing your lack of Biblical understanding MAMA.

The Bible as you call it, must not be the same Bible that we as christians use. I would guess that most of your ideas came from someone else and obviously not your own study. I would also guess that the excitement in your tone of typing indicates that this new found discovery, supported the unbelief that you already had.

TORTURE STAKE
An instrument such as that on which Jesus Christ met death by impalement. (Mt 27:32-40; Mr 15:21-30; Lu 23:26; Joh 19:17-19, 25) In classical Greek the word (stau·ros′) primarily denotes an upright stake, or pole, and there is no evidence that the writers of the Christian Greek Scriptures used it to designate a stake with a crossbeam.
The book The Non-Christian Cross, by John Denham Parsons, states: “There is not a single sentence in any of the numerous writings forming the New Testament, which, in the original Greek, bears even indirect evidence to the effect that the stauros used in the case of Jesus was other than an ordinary stauros; much less to the effect that it consisted, not of one piece of timber, but of two pieces nailed together in the form of a cross. . . . it is not a little misleading upon the part of our teachers to translate the word stauros as ‘cross’ when rendering the Greek documents of the Church into our native tongue, and to support that action by putting ‘cross’ in our lexicons as the meaning of stauros without carefully explaining that that was at any rate not the primary meaning of the word in the days of the Apostles, did not become its primary signification till long afterwards, and became so then, if at all, only because, despite the absence of corroborative evidence, it was for some reason or other assumed that the particular stauros upon which Jesus was executed had that particular shape.”—London, 1896, pp. 23, 24.

"Jesus" and "Christ" were not two different people, just as "Mythkiller" and "Zuba" are not two different people. "Jesus" is the name of the man, and "Christ" is one of the titles He bears.
I strongly suggest you read the latter portions of Luke and John again. You are either missing critical parts of the story, or are deliberately avoiding them to serve your own agenda.
Where do you get the 101 soldiers idea, anyway? That isn't even in the Bible!
Also, the Romans did NOT love Jesus the Christ. They scourged Him within an inch of His life, and then crucified Him to death! How does this translate into worship?

No, but Satan and you (obviously) are having nightmares about us using the Word of God to destroy all your foolish arguements.
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)

you are no beter than others who state their ideas as if they were there and saw the whole thing. Show yourself to be a searcher for truth and state ideas as ifeas instead of as fact, cuz you are no surer of your theory than the evolution people are of theirs. Stae a guess as a guess unless you want to be percieved as weak and silly.
