What goes in must come out! If the plastic had a sharp edge or point, you'll need to make sure there's no blood when you have a bowel movement. If there is blood or if you begin to have abdominal pain you'll need to see a doctor. After a few days if nothing happens you can pretty much assume everything's alright.
