Download a DVD ripper (just google that and you'll find plenty)
DVD uses mpeg2, not mpeg4.

Well first you need a DVD player which will play Mpeg4 and will also play a DVD-R. If you do then use a burning program, i advise nero, to burn the Mpeg4 to a dvd disc. This disc will play in your DVD player as long as the DVD player is compatible. If this doesnt work you may need to download a program which can convert Mpeg4 files into a different type of file eg .wmv .avi .vcd. This program i dont know where to get from but im sure you could find one easily enough on google.

use sonic my DVD its the best program i've ever used and they play in EVERYTHING it has never failed me once as a matter of fact im using it right now what a coinicidence
