no, that is not weird. What I find weird is that you can't spell "minutes" correctly.

sure it is.. my past has cause me to be slow in starting a relationship.. I used to tell my sister you know if it takes you 2 months to hold a guys hand so be it.. take the two months why rush it if you don't know how you feel for them you know what I mean like it's not just holding hands, or in your story kissing it's about the level of comfort and trust.. taking it slow isn't bad if anything really to me it's good that means he's taking more time getting to know you and respecting your needs and wants to I'm pretty sure he's thinking of you too.. and if anything I mean there also could be a possiblity that he is just a little nerves and is feeling pressured about giving you the kiss.. lol..
don't worry about it.. things will happen all in due time girl

its totally not weird! Especially if you're a teen. It means that you guys are close and feel warm and happy to be with eachother but are just not comfortable or ready to get intimidate or spoil a nice hugging moment. Believe me you don't have to kiss eacother and makeout to tell eachother that you like/love the other person.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
ok now that that's out of the way,
wow. you guys have something more than kissing-you have intimacy.
intimacy is what the older couples have. those who have been married 25+ years are so close, so attached to one another that they dont need to kiss or anything. sipmly being with one another is enough for them.
that's what it sounds like you guys could be. rest assured, yall are not weird.
when you do kiss, it'll be amazing because it'll be with someone you truly care about.

Normal. There is so much time for other things. A genuine showing of emotion like an extended hug shows that he respects you not being a sleaze. It also shows that he's not one either.

specific. that's no longer very affectionate. and not good for the babies. maximum acceptable them to get affection from outdoors of the kinfolk. sometimes even undesirable interest, by using deprived interest from the mothers and fathers. yet specific, it particularly is quite unusual. perhaps attempt hugging them your self? perhaps they think of which you do no longer want one.

It's normal, if it felt good while doing then by all means, I cuddle with my boy for long periods of time too. it's nice just to have them in your presence

that is totally normal. sometimes i would rather just hug him then kiss him. there is a stronger bond when you are holding each other tightly.
