that he is the father100% and yes the truth is he doesn't want to pay anything at all and , he never give my son's anything and he just visited him 4th time. thank you all, I real appreciate that and it is not easy being alone in Canada I am an immigrant. he is taking that to his advantage may be. thank you all

Are you living in Canada now? If so, see if they have some child welfare system? If so, go there and find out how to get child support. I would also get his family involved too !!! Sometimes the relatives will surprise you and help out!! THe father, regardless if he wants to, should pay child support!!! He made his bed and now must sleep in it!! I do not know the answer 100% so that is why I'm asking you to seek professional advice!!! If you can afford it, get a lawyer!!! And, do not sign any papers until you see a lawyer!! You probably can go to the police and ask them too!!! Just do some research!!! This baby did not ask to have a father who is a loser...the child support goes to the baby and its welfare!!! Good luck!!!

go and get a court order.
he will have on choice. if he doesn't pay. take him to court.
small clains is faster than family court.
