Of course they do, and they have eyelashes! You'd think with all the fur they're covered in they wouldn't require eyelashes. But my girls all have lovely long ones... and they rub their lips and the sides of their mouths against each other gently in kitty greetings.

Yes they do. My cat Mia kisses with her lips, she puckers them! People have seen this!
