God will not punish them in this life, because God is a God that gives everybody a second chance. Those who denies Him while still living are given equal opportunity to see the light thru' His Son Jesus. Even if the person insist that there is no God, God does not close the door and shut them out for good, He gives them experiences that allows them to contemplate. God does'nt want anyone to get burn in hell, always remember John 3:16. For God so love the world..... , I think that will answer your question.

If your god isn't loving, then sure.
The fact that you think there is a special place in Hell implies that you think there is a Hell. That means you believe that God is not loving and is cruel enough to send people to Hell for not denying the nature that God gave them.
That's fair enough if you honestly believe that God is that cruel, but consider this. If God is cruel enough to eternally punish those who commit finite crimes, then what does God hold sacred? He obviously does not hold the human spirit sacred, or he wouldn't have created a Hell in the first place. A god who holds such low esteem for the human spirit probably has no real regard for promises and honesty. So, while your god may commit the rest of us to Hell for falling into his trap, your god may also condemn you, since he has no reason to grant you entry into Heaven just because you kiss up to him.
So, who are the sorry humans? The ones honest enough to accept what's coming to them or the ones who are hoping that they won't anger God and avoid his notice?

I think that living without God in their life is punishment already. Walking through life blind, without the guidance of the Holy spirit is self punishing. I do not know if God will actually punish them but the basic principle of sewing and reaping apply to the unsaved as well as the saved. It applies weather you believe in God or not. They make their lives a living Hell right hear on earth by sewing bad seed.

The only kind of Hell is the fire that will burn up, consume, destroy, annihilate the wicked or those who refuse the plan of God, not an everlasting fire, where sinners will be roasting forever and ever.
The Bible teaches that both the saints and the sinners will be rewarded here on earth. This earth will be cleansed with fire from sin, it cosequences as sell as sinners and the root, Satan, in a fire that cannot be quenched, but once it accomplished its purpose, it will stop burning and they will (Satan and his followers) will turn into their origin: dust or ashes. The reward of the righteous is Eternal Life, and the reward of the wicked is the opposite of it, Eternal Death, not Eternal Life in Torment.
That will make God a Monster! God is just and fair, those who do not want to follow His rules will be turn into their origin, which is dust or soil/earth. Only those who want to obey Him in everything will be able to enjoy living in Heaven with Him forever.
Otherwise for those who do not like that kind of a life, eternity in Heaven will be the worst punishment. So they will be annihilated and become as nothing.
Malachi 4:1-3
1 “For behold, the day is coming,
Burning like an oven,
And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble.
And the day which is coming shall burn them up,”
Says the LORD of hosts,
“ That will leave them neither root nor branch.
2 But to you who fear My name
The Sun of Righteousness shall arise
With healing in His wings;
And you shall go out
And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
3 You shall trample the wicked,
For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet
On the day that I do this,”
Says the LORD of hosts.
2 Peter 3:10-13
10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.[c] 11 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness, 12 looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be dissolved, being on fire, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to His promise, look for new heavens and a new earth in which righteousness dwells.
That is their ultimate end, but of course as the Bible says, you will reap what you sow. While in this life, you will also reap what you have done. You will be punished in this life, but if you escape, there will be the final punishment for everyone.

People have free will, those that do not choose God are not fulfilling the reason for being alive, and there is a place within our being that has no peace and is not fulfilled unless we do serve the Lord, so, no Jesus no peace, and know Jesus know peace. Those that deny the Lord on this earth and die, will not have another chance, those that deny Him and are around when He returns will go through the tribulation and if not changed then they will be cast into the lake of fire, read Revelations, it tells the story of what is to come......

You must remember that God is slow to anger and wants no man to perish. He is giving everyone the chance to believe in Him. It seems to me that Christians are punished more for their sins then non-believers. God chastises those He loves. But the non-believers day will come. If God can punish His own kids He can certainly punish others

I dont believe God punishes anyone. I think the punishment that these non-believers experience right now is brought on by themselves and what they experience in the afterlife will be brought on by Satan.
God wants all of his children to come home. The thing is that God doesnt want to force everyone to come and live with him in Heaven. He doesnt want to take away our Free Will. Taking away Free Will defies the fundamental right of all humans.
You cant blame God for souls going to Hell. They went there because they chose that course.

Either way, if they continue to deny God the punishment will be severe. I firmly believe the ones who deny are suffering on earth. They are not happy and continue to degrade the Christian and deny God. Yes, I think they are being punished on earth, until they turn their lives around and ask to be saved and forgiven. But until that happens the punishment will be severe.

everyones beliefs are different. just because someone doesn't believe the same things or the same way you do doesn't mean they are evil or going to Hell...or that God will punish them. but acting superior and passing judgment on others is evil...as well as preaching intolerance towards those that worship differently than you do. why don't you worry about where YOU will end up? better bring sun block!

Most religions teach that bad people will go to a fiery Hell of eternal torture Hell Do you know that even Good people go to Hell when they die? Hell is really just the common grave of mankind,
Have you ever seen someone tortured? Hopefully not! Deliberate torture is sickening and abhorrent. What, though, of torture inflicted by God?Can you imagine such a thing? Yet this is exactly what is implied by the teaching of Hell an official doctrine of many religions.
Imagine for a moment, the following horrific scene:A person being roasted on a hot iron plate. In his agony he screams for mercy, but nobody listens. The torture goes on and on, hour by hour, day by daywithout any pause!Whatever chrime the victim may have committed, would not your heart go out to him? What of the one who ordered the torture? Could he be a loving person? In no way!Love is mercyfull and shows pity. A loving father may punish his children, but he would never torture them!
Nevertheless, many religions teach that God tortures sinners in endlesshellfire. This is claimed, is devine justice. If thatis true, who created that terrible place of eternal torment? And who is responsible for the excruciating agonies inflicted there? The answer would seem obvious. If such a place really exists, then God would have to be the creator of it, and he would be responsible for what happens there.
Can you accept that? The Bible says:"God is Love"(1John4:8)Would a God of love inflict torture that even humans with any measure of decency find revolting? Surely not! Still, many believe that the wicked will go to a fiery hell and be tormented for ever. Is this teaching logical? The human life span is limited to 70 or 80 years. Even if someone perpetrated Extreme wickedness for his entire lifetime, would everlasting torment be a just punishment? No it would be grossly unjust to torment a person forever for the limited number of sins that he can commit in a lifetime.
Who knows the truth about what happens after we die?
Only God can reveal this information, and he has done so, in his written word the Bible. Here is what the Bible says:"As the[beast]dies, so the[man]dies; and they all have but one spirit......All are goingto one place. They have allcome from the dust, and they are all returning to the dust
