On my face, the left side of my face has a dimple and the right side doesn't. Also, my left eye opens wider than my right, and it also has better vision. Is this anything serious or just some weird coincidence?

Not weird - both sides are your face are different. If you took a picture of your self and made a reverse copy then cut the picture and tried to put the two same (but one reversed) sides together to form a face, you would look like a different person. Everybody also has one good side and one bad side, one softer side and one harsher side. And, often people have different vision in each eye. People who wear glasses or contacts often have a different prescription for each eye.

Nah, just some weird coincidence.

I have one dimple on my right, and one of my eyes is slightly larger than the other. My vision is the same, but I've known people to have a different vision in different eyes.

Don't worry :)

Probably a coincidence, but if your face is sagging on a certain side it could be a sign of a stroke. But look at it this way, people are more likely to forget a person who's face is perfectly symmetrical than a person who isn't!
