Yes I can. If you want to become a "great breeder" you will have to show both of your Papillions in AKC shows. Get points towards Championships. Once your dogs become Champions of your breed, maybe Grand Champions, then you can responsibly breed your two dogs. There will be a market for the puppies then. Otherwise, be a responsible dog owner and spay and neuter your two dogs. Please do not contribute to the over population of unwanted dogs in this country. This is irresponsible.

do no longer worry too plenty relating to the breed. I recommend right here. First take a seat and make a listing of what you're searching for: - Temperament (quiet, excited, aggressive, etc.) - style/breed of dogs - length of dogs - maintenance point (long hair potential numerous brushing, short hair little maintenance) - Age - do you like an older (a million-2 year old) dogs that's abode experienced. etc.... pass to the region PETFINDER.COM and put in the specifics. they're going to instruct you the shelters and dogs interior the area. choose for a shelter and pass there with all your different pets. a solid shelter will take a seat with you and take a verify out to verify your desires and needs to their dogs. they opt to locate the superb abode for their dogs. The dogs's character counts greater advantageous than the breed. you have the opt to substantiate that the dogs can get alongside with you. I did this a million a million/2 years in the past whilst i substitute into searching for a dogs. i substitute into certainly searching for a quick haired, medium sized dogs (like a beagle or basset hound) that substitute into quiet and 2 million-2 years old and abode experienced. i could up adopting the suited dogs... a 2 a million/2year old Beagle-combination. i've got been fairly happy along with her ever because. She substitute right into slightly larger than i wanted, yet i would not commerce her for something interior the international.

Have they been shown? You may want to check with some of the other show breeders for advice on your dogs, and whether they are the right dogs to be bred together.
If you want to become a "great breeder" there's a lot of time, effort, and money that needs to be put into it.

Well, to be a good breeder, you RESEARCH (not on Yahoo! Answers) and learn things for YOURSELF!! First, you get all the health clearances on your dogs and have them evaluated by some REAL breeders to see if you have show/breeding quality dogs. If you don't, and have pet quality dogs, you will not become a good breeder....just a BYB.
The way you are starting out, you are not heading in the "great breeder" direction!!!

At least one year old for both. You want her to go through her first heat cycle. Not only is this better for the dogs, but AKC will not recognize their puppy registration if you breed them before they are 12 months of age.

papillons are sooooo beautiful. a good friend of ours bred shih-tzus and pekingese. she would let her female go through at least one heat cycle before breeding, sometimes two.

like the others said, a good breeder doesn't get on yahoo! answers! a good breeder also has a kennel license and knows what to do when it comes to breeding

If you are planning to breed, but you have to ask a question this simple and basic, you have no business breeding. Spay and neuter your pets and leave the breeding to people who don't have to ask such basic questions.
