Well you are the same height as I am and to be considered a healthy weight you are suppose to be under 155. That is according to the BMI. I don't exactly agree with that because it doesn't take in consideration your body build or anything like that. And if you are more built with muscles then you are going to weigh more. I think if you are happy with your weight and where you are that's what matters because 165 is not bad when you are that tall. Hope I helped......

Yes you are a lard A-S-S so live life and enjoy everything.
If you don't feel good about yourself and you must not or you would not have asked the question then take the time to asses your habits and change some of them and make your life better for you.
Personaly I think too many people are getting much to fat for their own good but then I have never had that problem so I I donot know why others do get so fat.

Have you seen "Supersize me?" Ya ain't there yet, honey, but one more big Mac, and you'll have your own ZIP.
Just kidding, but a good weight for you is about 135-140 for females,150-165 for males. 165 is overweight for women. 200 and you approach obese.250 for your height is morbidly obese.
Unless you are a bodybuilder, get to an exercize program. Please get the weight down, and do it sensibly. No crashfad diets. You'll just end up putting on more in the long run.
Happy Holidays, pet.

i'm 5 ft 7 and before pregnancy weighed 135. i felt that if i gained anymore, i'd be approaching chunky and unhealthy. the day before i gave birth to my daughter, i weighed 170. i was 9 months pregnant. so...does that help? if i were you, i would start a serious exercise program. best of luck!

It means you are average. i.e. a healthy body weight. You are at the top end of average but as long as you excercise and eat properly then you have nothing to worry about. Wouldn't it be boring if we were all the same size. Just make sure you are healthy and don't worry about your weight.

I suppose that is over-weight.
But being over-weight isn't necessarily bad. Being obese is bad. Over-weightness can come from muscle, which weighs more than fat.
