hey dude! Im 14 too! =) Yeah, u can try gymnastics, or any martial arts. I study taekwon-do. The thing is, if ur interested in the jumping, kicking in air, flipping, u could try learning gynmastics and take a martial art. Gymnastics training will help atot in martial art. flexibility is the key of kicks.
Basicly, what u see in the tv ar just people attached to ropes and swinging around. Years of training are required to learn how to jump and kick. But yes, tkd, teaches jumping kicks. Since u are 14, i would recomend to start now. One more thing, choose a martial arts that U personally like, because there is no such thing of which martial arts is the best.

I am 14 years old and do taikwondo, so maybe I can help. Go online and look for a taikwondo studio near where you live. Although it will take you a long time to learn how to do what you are talking about. Trust me, you won't learn those things first, you start out doing simple kicks and such. Stick with it, and you will be able to do those kicks and jumps.
P.S. If you are sparring a girl that is your age, don't let her win. I hate it when guys do that to me.

Well then you need to look for a school that offers XMA (Extreme Martial Arts), because that's a side class that's offered ONLY to members of the school that offers it.
All you really need to do is take a GYMNASTICS class. and maybe learn Martial Arts later on.
There's NO specific Martial Art that's gonna teach you that, XMA is mainly for competition to add flair to their musical forms, or weapons competition, it's not really effective in a real fight.
it may help a little more with your agility and coordination, but other than that; it's just flashy movement to impress the judges at competitions.

Don't confuse TV & movies with reality. TKD does feature a lot of jumping kicks. Find a good TKD school near you & sign up.

Any good school. I suggest going to a traditional school, not one of those "fast food" schools such as Tiger Schulman or Amerikick. And practicie, practice practice. I study Tang Soo Do. Any questions just contact me

instead of jumps and bollocks, why not learn Muay Thai, and actually have awesome power to go with your kicks, and knees, and elbows...
