After a female dog go into heat - should her breast and vaginal still stick out?

Yes, after a dog comes into heat it is normal for their vulva - the outside genitalia (the vagina is on the inside) to be larger then it was before she came into heat. She will, with every heat cycle, have some development of her mammary chain and enlarged teats. Do her a favor - have her spayed.

Yes this is normal. Once a female comes into estrus their body goes through changes. If you had spayed your doxie before she came into heat, this would not have happened. Now this will be the norm for the rest of her life. Please spay your dog. You and she will be much happier. Don't take a chance of some other irresponsible dog owner letting their unneutered dog out and getting to your doxie, bringing more unwanted pups into the world. There are literally tens of thousands of dogs put to death each and every day in the world. Some suffer horrible torture before dying.

Yes, that is very normal. However, i suggest you have her spayed ASAP. You can look online for low cost spay and neuter clinics.
