my grandmother was extremely superstitous and curtains and upholstery with birds in the design were a bad omen....the caged bird effect.
A good title? How about the Curtains at the windows? just a thought

I have couple of Indian omens which goes like this.. if an owl hoots sitting in front of your house then someone in your family will die soon (especially the old ones).. and if a raven crows croak while flying over your house then something bad is going to happen in your house...

there is an interesting storey/superstition of birds flying in the house..
lots of people believe it is a sign of bad luck /or death
it goes back to England and a church that the birds moved into the church tower and bad luck started in the village

Dang, before you do a school project, can you learn how to spell and construct sentences? No matter how great your project, if you can't communicate it correctly, you'll just come across as ignorant. On top of that, I'm really not sure what you're talking about.

i'm mexican, my grandmother used to tell me that when a chicken would crow like a rooster that it was a bad omen, bad luck, someone would die, etc.
