i want to improve my oral to make it good for radio presenting.......will reading out loud help me?

Read it out loud and record it (on your computer if you like) and then play it back and compare it to the people you hear on the radio.

Work on your English grammar as well. Your sentence structure is incorrect. I think you wanted to ask. "Will reading out loud help me to gain excellent oral skills?"
