I see no problem with it. As long as you make sure to be careful and avoid her actual bum-oley (It's not the cleanest area on the body), then go ahead and do it.
Maybe try putting a finger up her bhole (so the first knuckle's in, but no more)&waggle it back & forth quite fast, so it almost feels like vibrating in a wierd way. I find that's really good.

I wouldn't just do it like that, since she might not like it and will chalk it up to mistrust. I would either a) ask her, or b) kiss NEAR the area (e.g. when you are going down on her) and slowly start kissing nearer where you want... if she feels uncomfortable, you should be able to tell from her reactions (verbal or otherwise).
