Try talking to your parents and asking them nicely to let you have some alone time in your room for studying. Maybe you could take dinner in your room one night while everyone is in the kitchen or the living room. Just explain the situation to your parents but don't get too fussy or have an attitude, then they won't even listen to you. Ask them to compromise. If that don't work study at the library or somewhere else quiet. I know you saying now you despise staying in the same room with your sister but honestly when you get older you will look back on the times you have laughed and cryed and fought in tat room and it will make you smile and be thankful you had a relationship with your sister. Be grateful and just do your best to try and make it work, your life goes by so fast don't make the worst out of all your situations! Go tell your sister you love her, you wouldn't know what to do if anything ever happened to her! Good Luck hope I helped!!!

When I was growing up I shared a room with my older sister. She proably thought I was annoying, but I really looked up to her and your sister looks up to you. Try talking to her and explain how important that studying for mid-terms are. She'll understand. Enjoy this time with your sister because when you get older you really will treasure the time you shared with her even if right now it doesn't seem like it. I lost my sister five years ago and I wouldn't trade that time for anything in the world.

I used to. But we're 58 & 59 now, each in our own homes, in different states, and probably get along better than ever. It's tough, but as you get older, you'll share more, stick up for each other and maybe even become friends! Hang in there!

Yes, but cherish the time you have with her. These are the "good old days".....when your older, you'll see what I'm talking about. By the way, I grew up with 4 annoying sisters, and I was their annoying brother.

I have an annoying brother. And trust me its just as worse. I would recommend you find another room to study because they will not stop what ever you say.

Duct tape her to the wall once. After that she'll get the idea of who the boss is. I'm just kidding don't rally do that.. Sure, I did that to my younger brother and it worked but it was wrong. So don't do it

Yes. She brings home boyfriends and has loud sex while I'm trying to read or study. Not bothered at all by the fact that I'm right there.
