I had this problem to, but i had to learn the hard way, you cannot perm and color your hair, it is either or and if you want to do both dark and lovely lets you color and perm the same day or you can just wait about six months in between the two, About your problem now i use two products that i love and won't live without. The first one is a product called doo-groo it promotes hair growth and adds shine and vitamins and moisturize your hair at the same time this cost about $7 w/o tax. They have it at Family Dollar fr 5.45 plus tax. The other product is called Profectiv and it works really good and it makes your hair grow and it smells really good. This will cost about $5 tax included.

There's really nothing you can >use< to grow your hair back. You just have to be patient and let it grow out at the normal growth cycle. Try trimming frequently, too.. just the ends, to get rid of the dead ends to avoid more breakage. Also, heavy hot oil conditioners, like VO5 .. good stuff for putting moisture back in your hair. Pantene makes a nice spray-in conditioner that you can leave in your hair, and won't make it greasy.

I personally use Aphogee products. Its a whole line of hair products that I find works good. I have diabetes and my hair breaks off fairly easy but with using this line it keeps my hair from breaking so bad and helps it to grow. Use a lot of moisturizer but you are going to want to use something light and penetrating. Not all moisturizers are the same so look at the labels. Make sure to also clip your ends that will help as well and drink plenty of water.

regrettably, after years of straightning with an iron, you've destroyed your beautiful hair. each and every time you bypass a warm iron over your hair, you boil the interior moisture, ensuing in effervescent, breakage and splitting. Your hair is ruined. you may be able to salvage some length and then trim it because it grows, steadily doing away with all the destroyed hair. I propose a sturdy, all one length trim. make sparkling off all the 'cone containing products, commence making use of sulphate and 'cone free products, mild oiling with jojoba or sweet almond oil after washing, heavier pre-wash oiling. Use a cone free go away-in. do no longer blow-dry, flat iron, use warm rollers or a curling iron. you should apply aloe gel as a styling gel to target to encourage your organic curl trend to re-emerge and impart more beneficial moisture into your hair. yet your curls is not likely extremely decrease back till you've grown out and reduce off all the former, damaged hair. i'm sorry i have never any quick fixes for you. in effortless words time, persistence, large gentle care and prevalent trimming will fix the wear and tear you've carried out. yet, you may do it and characteristic a lengthy, healthy appropriate mane. merely be able to artwork for it and recognize that it will take years.

there's nothing that'll make your hair grow faster. it usually grows 1/2 in. a month. you have to use a deep conditioner that has protein to strengthen and to prevent your hair from braking even more at least once to twice a week!

edit:
try not to do oils as they can build up on you hair... gross!
