-tries to make me laugh
-tells me I'm smart like 3 times in 10 min.(friends do too which is odd)
-talks to me a lot at my locker + study hall
- his friends have paid more attention to me(talking to me)
-has asked if I'm in band when I sit right behind him

thia can go either way. he could like u. when his friends talk to you they are probably tryign to find out if u like him. tell them without them asking u that u like their friend (if u do) then u should find out the true answer. :) and when guys ask dumb questions, its usually just a way to start a conversation up with the girl they like!

It sounds like he does. The fact that his friends have more interest in you, means he's probably been talking about you. Probably saying that he likes you. Trying to make conversation out of anything and trying to make you laugh are all very good signs. Try flirting with him and see if he continues or backs off. Sometimes guys just like to get attention from girls. But don't want it to go any further. But at any way you look at it he at least finds you attractive it sounds like to me. So try being his friend too, that can sometimes lead to more!!! Good Luck!!!

he could. seems like he does. or he could just be a really good friend. only way to find out for a fact is to ask him. better yet, have one of your friends ask him.
