Damn right you can't-- you will set yourself up and your company for a big whopping sexual harrassment lawsuit. It's bad when the supervisor is coming on to the worker bees. Find someone else.

I don't see why not. Unless this guy is alot younger than you, sure, I could see the problem. If you do try to pursue anything, make sure that it is all out of work, and make sure none of that comes in the workplace.

Simple. Ask yourself is my job worth a POTENTIAL relationship. If so just ask himout, if not one of the two of you have to transfer or quit before you ask him out. Sorry, but it's that simple.
