You should never buy a used car with out test driving it , and you should never pay in full a used car you do not drive off in .
Go get it or whine to ebay.

not,,another one,,this has happened to so many people lately,,first get in touch with the seller,,i know you should have there e-,mail,and let them know about it,,then get in touch with e-bay,,i wish people wouldn't buy cars off e-nay,,i can tell you some horror stories about buying off there,but not now,,you need to track your car down.get in touch with the seller first,, and go from there,,good luck with it,,have a good x-mas.
