Christianity is a threat to people who do not believe in JESUS, like take the homosexuals for example, we are a threat to them becaus we believe it is wrong, and they want the right to get married and to adopt children, but wur beliefs says it is wrong to be a homosexual,so we are a threat to them. and the Bible says Christians will be persecuted, and made fun of, and that is whats going on. Have you noticed how no one says anything in public about Muslems, because we have to be politically correct about everything, and tolerant of everything today, and Christians stand up for what they believe in so they are a threat.

First, the rabbi wanted the Mennorah up as well as the Christmas tree , the only reason he wanted the tree removed was because the refused to put up a mennorah- so basically the rabbi was the victim of what you are complaining about.
Secondly, no one is telling you you cannot say Merry Christmas or whatever you want to say- for most businesses, they prefer their employees to say happy holidays as they greet their customers as their customers come from all walks of life and celebrate many different holidays, why tell them all Merry Christmas when 1/2 of them probably dont even celebrate Christmas? I don't get offended but it can make people feel uncomfortable- we should not assume that everyone celebrates Christmas- even Christians- I don't celebrate it and I don't like feeling like I have to return the greeting

He was not going to sue them for celebrating Christmas, he was going to sue because they were OK with spending money to put up trees, but told him he could not supply a menorah to them to display for Chanukah, which does not even coincide with chirstmas this year (ends the 23rd). They CHOSE to have nothing rather than have a menorah brought in. Because they were this obtuse, the Rabbi decided to let the whole thing go. It shows the complete disregard the airport had for non Christians, not the other way around. Stores make their own policies, and since there is a "holiday season' and New Years is a holiday too, and one which many Christians celebrate, I don't see the issue you have with "Happy Holidays". Christianity has the attitude that all those who are not the same as them are going to hell, so any time they want to ***** about not being treated better than others, and then sit on street corners peddling Jesus, I just can't bring myself to care anymore.

The Rabbi wanted a Menorah with the Christmas trees. The airport decided to remove everything! Talk about your over kill.
I enjoy seeing the multiple displays on the Holidays, it does not intrude on my Christianity in the least!

because people are by nature selfish, vindictive, hurtful, and hateful creatures. they will use any excuse to cause harm to others.
think of how beautiful things would be if people just fought for EQUAL rights for everyone.
people simply use their religions as a motive for hate, they look for things and passages in their text that gives them a reason to feel justified in their natural hatred of others that they do not understand. and then they use these passages as an absolute truth that cannot be denied. it is sad really.
personally you can say any holiday greeting to me,a and i am happy, the religion does not matter, it is the spirit of goodwill to our fellow man that we should be celebrating.

Because everyone thinks their own religion is the best. So they criticize the others. If they were truly spiritual they wouldn't have to criticize anyone. They would just go on with their lives and leave others alone to do their own thing in what they believe.

People cant just let others celebrate their way because they are close minded ignorant people, that just cannot fathom the thought of something different from what they believe. Those are the people who need prayer!

you probably did no longer specify your faith!! yet in spite of it particularly is friendship approximately 2 human beings's techniques matching, liking each and each others high quality and faults. via making use of attending birthday events, spending holiday trips, you won't be able to be/call a guy or woman 'chum' it particularly is a lot extra deep.may be she's no longer know it now yet later she will if she has some experience!

I have a deep respect for Truth. I am Jewish. December 25 is not Jesus' birthday. Look it up for yourself. You are practicing error; despite how wonderful it makes you feel.
If you celebrated His birth on the correct day; I would not mind. I just like things done correctly.

Aren't there a million other ways to offend some people without even trying? Why should this be any different?
