By "in bulk," do you mean that you eat entire crates of food in order to force something out the other end? That doesn't sound especially healthy.

You can find healthy supplements in any drugstore, like Walgreens or Eckerd.

What helps you to go # 2 is fiber. Animal foods have no fiber so can clog you up. Plant foods have plenty of fiber if it was not taken out. See below site for more on keeping # 2 moving easily.
